To solve this you'll plug in the ordered pairs and if the answer is equal then it is the answer.

A: 2 = 3(0) - 2
     2 = 0 - 2
     2 ≠ -2

B: 1 = 3(1) - 2
     1 = 3 - 2
      1 = 1

C: 1 = 3(-3) - 2
      1 = -9 - 2
       1 ≠ -11

D: 0 = 3(2) - 2
     0 = 6 - 2
     0 ≠ 4

So the answer choice B is the solution to the given equation.

Hope this helps :)
