Mass of sugar = 32 g
Let m = mass of water for a 25% sugar syrup.
Then
[tex] \frac{32 \, g}{m \, g} =25\% = 0.25 \\ m= \frac{32}{0.25} =128 \, g[/tex]

To have 10% sugar syrup, let x grams of water be added.
Then
[tex] \frac{32}{128+x} =10\% = 0.1 \\ 0.1(128+x) = 32 \\ 12.8 + 0.1x = 32 \\ 0.1x = 19.2 \\ x = 192 \, g[/tex]

Answer:  192 g of water.
