How do you treat a muscle cramp in the leg?

a) Ice the muscle
b) Massage it firmly
c) Apply dry heat
d) Elevate the leg

So, I believe the correct answer is B. Massage it firmly. I know from experience, if I sit too long, I get muscle cramps, so I just massage it! Hope this helps ya! :)
