DNA is a double helix, RNA has only one strand (that way it can slip out of the nucleus and code for the other side). 
Also, while DNA has the nucleotides of C-G and A-T; RNA doesn't have T (thymine). Instead it has uracil, so when it codes for the opposite it'll pair C-G and A-U.
