Because the lines are parallel, the lines have the same slope. I can tell by the direction of the lines, that they are negative. Therefore it is either C or D. The line is 4 points up the y axis (rise) and 3 points up the x-axis (run). Using rise over run, the slope is -4/3, or C.

m = y2-y1 / x2-x1
m = 4 - 0 / 0 - 3
m = -4/3
