i need the rate of change of this problem y=0.75x+2

The rate of change is basically the slope
y=mx+b the m=slope so the answer is .75
If you want to get a specific rate of change between points you will use the equation y^1-y^2/x^2-x^1 from what ever points you have (x^1,y^1), (x^2,y^2)
