The second paragraph relies from an expert opinion to support the organizations' point of view. It is because this paragraph shows the reason why the amount of ice in the Arctic is decreasing. Professor Peter Wadhams of Cambridge University is shown as an expert. Statistics is also shown as proof which is the IPCC estimate from 2007.
