Given that,

The three numbers are consecutive

The three numbers are

x

x + 1

x + 2

Also,

x × (x + 1) = (x + 2) + 7

x² + x = x + 9

x² + x - x = 9

x² = 9

x = √9

x = 3

The three numbers

x = 3

x + 1 = 4

x + 2 = 5

The sum of the three numbers

3 + 4 + 5 = 12
