What is the major difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells?

➷ There are lots of differences between the two but I would say the biggest one is that eukaryotic cells have a nucleus whereas prokaryotic cells don't.

The prokaryotic cell does not have a nucleus but instead they have a chromosome.
