Ok, this is a little tricky, you have to use the order of operations to solve this.

Step 1.  [tex]2+3=6\\and\\4*2=8\\7*6=42[/tex]


Step 2. [tex]9+6=15\\ and\\8*42=336[/tex]

Step 3. [tex]15/336=0.044...etc[/tex]

And so you get the answer which is 0.04 basically
