y= 1/3x -2
To get y by itself you have to subtract 9 and divide 3 so
3y+9=x+3
-9 -9 subtract 9
3y= X-6
/3 = /3 divide 3
Y= x/3 -6/3 always imaginary 1 in front of x and you can divide -6 divided by 3 so its
Y=1/3x-2
