18 inch = 3/2 ft
[tex] \frac{ \frac{3}{2} \times 3 }{8} \\ = \frac{ \frac{9}{2} }{8} \\ = \frac{9}{2} \times \frac{1}{8} \\ = \frac{9}{16} [/tex]
Cat tall 9/16 ft = 6.75 inch
