Requirements for child restraints.
1.children under the age of 8, less than 4 feet 9 inches must be inn a child restraint system
2.children under 8 who are 4 feet 9 inches tall or taller must have the safety belt instead of the system.
3.infants under the age of 1 must be in an infant car seat in the back seat, facing the rear/back of the vehicle
4.driver will receive a citation, a fine and three point if the fail to properly restrain the child.
