Therapy should be a place where you are allowed to be a raw/uncut version of yourself. The place where you can finally 'let it all out' without feeling judged. As your therapist it is my goal to help provide a safe & healing space for just this. Many times, the trauma of our past has a weird way of creeping back up if not fully resolved. Especially, those traumas/events we haven't realized have affected who we are today. I am passionate about helping my clients feel relief from what they've experienced whether past, present or the foreseeable future.

Sessions are not 'one size fits all.' Therapeutically, my approach is warm, collaborative, empowering, yet direct. I intentionally provide therapy that is reverent and affirming to clients' culture, identity, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and uniqueness. Sessions are set at your own pace and as your therapist I assist you in recognizing the tools and keys you already possess within you.
