I am here to provide mental health services in an unbiased, non-judgmental manner. My goal is to be able to support black people and people of color including Asians and immigrants including Filipinos who are at-risk by providing safe and genuine support through available treatment goals that suits your needs. Together we can work collaboratively to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I am available to support using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Teen and youth support, stress and anxiety, individual and family approach therapy among others.
