  • Psychotherapy is a wonderful opportunity to shed light on those issues in life where we are having difficulty, so that individuals and couples can begin to make the necessary changes in their relationships and lives.

I am most known for my candor, honesty, humor and my ability to help clients get to the root of the issues. I enjoy working with motivated, intelligent, flexible individuals that are seeking a safe place to dig deep and do the hard work.

I believe many of our adult challenges and difficulties have their beginnings in our earliest experiences and psychotherapy is about understanding those early experiences and making the connection with our younger emotional self to do the “deep” healing. This type of work is most certainly not for the faint at heart, but it is good for our soul and fuels our future emotional, social, spiritual and relational development.

Yes, therapy is at times challenging and often uncomfortable, but it is also a gift to the self (and relationship) and a wonderful investment.

Give me a call and we can chat to see if we make a good team.

I would love to be of service!

    -Kimberly
