Conventionality has never been my approach to life and my therapeutic approach is no different. If you are looking for a traditional talk therapist who sees you week to week without any real progress, then I am not the therapist for you. If you are not ready to have difficult conversations, and do the work to get to the root of the issues, then I am not the therapist for you. I am dedicated to getting real results , true healing, and doing the work needed to help you get to your best self.

I have experience working in a variety of settings to include the community, forensic institutions, and private practice. In all settings, my passion is rooted in helping people heal and grow from negative feelings/ situations, life adjustments and trauma. Specializing in trauma, depression and anxiety, I utilize a holistic approach using evidence-based practices coupled with alternative and complementary practices to include yoga, reiki, art, sound healing, and aromatherapy.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the core of my practice as I believe that without it, no real work can be done. I strive to create a safe, down to earth, healing space that allows you to come as you are, where I will meet you where you’re at, tailoring to your specific needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all, and I will collaborate with you to establish what works best for YOU. My ideal client is someone who is ready to do the work but needs guidance getting to the destination. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or your 10th time, I am committed to making this LIFE CHANGING. If you are ready to :

- Become “ unstuck” and increase productivity
- Feel heard and understood
- Heal from past trauma
- Develop more fulfilling and healthy relationships and connections
- Increase self esteem and self confidence
- Better regulate emotions
- Utilize more adaptive and effective ways of coping and managing stress
- Improve your support system
- Establish healthy boundaries and utilize better discernment
- Effective and assertive communicate
- Feel empowered to manage challenges on your own as they come
