My ideal client is a Black male who is unsure of his next move in life. He struggles with making sense of his past, getting over mistakes & missed opportunities. He needs to learn to channel his regret from the past to steps for the future. He wants to figure out what he wants out of life and make plans to achieve. He might seek success or a space where his voice to matters

I'll help my clients realize that even with their unique story and issues that come with it, life can still be rich, full, and meaningful. I'll offer the empathy needed to hear your story and provide space to get all the ugly out.

If life were a game, our sessions would be a timeout to strategize and find tools to help them get back in the game and succeed.

Opening up is difficult. ESPECIALLY for Black men in our culture. We are in the opening phase of vulnerability being acceptable in our culture. Get in on this... Not for the culture's sake, but for your own. The path to and through vulnerability and transparency is well worth it. Stop running the same plays in life, getting the same undesirable results, and living in day-to-day defeat. Do not hesitate to call a time out, vent, be heard and challenged, plan & strategize, then go back out on the court ready to succeed.

Sessions will address anxiety and depression. We'll deal with any issue that keeps you from being in the moment in life. Regret and worry keep you in the future and the past. We can't control those things. How do your issues effect your here and now. How can we address those immediately. Addressing here and now can help put the past in perspective and prepare for the future. I want to give tools to clients to address those issues.

Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to get started on your next move.
