As it relates to being a person, I encourage everyone to find someone that they can trust and that they will allow to speak into their life- good, bad, and indifferent.
Being a therapist, for me, is about helping people understand their current situation. explore their areas of difficulty, and find meaningful solutions to better their overall life experience. Sometimes it takes someone who is not directly attached to a person or situation to help figure things out, and that’s okay.
Sometimes we have to learn to forgive ourselves, adjust to change, or let go of old situations that are still causing us pain. And sometimes we just need help figuring out what’s next.
Let’s connect. Initial sessions are a great way to determine the fit of relationship. My office is a safe place to be vulnerable and I am willing to listen.
