Feeling lost? Hopeless? Needing some help with finding your way? Or just need someone to vent to?
I utilize a collaborative approach, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to be able to openly express themselves and work through challenges that may be interfering with them reaching their goals. I believe every individual has their own unique purpose as found through the journey of exploring one's values, assessing one's strengths and the process of navigating life's challenges.
I have a wide range of experience working with adults with various mental health challenges. In particular, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, complicated life transitions, stressors related to work/school, relationship issues, impacts of cultural/racial conflict, and self-esteem/image concerns. My clinical approach is eclectic, integrating a wide range of evidence-based practice methods (cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices, etc. I am currently only doing telehealth (virtual) sessions.
If you are interested in connecting please let me know and we can schedule a free phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for therapy for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
