My goal is to provide a safe place where you feel heard, a place to be yourself. Whatever you are faced with, I will be with you along the way to help address things that may hinder you from finding the peace and balance to achieve your goals. I will always provide a safe space for your therapeutic experience and use evidence based treatment in sessions. I have almost a decade of experience with adults, adolescents and children and families.
I offer therapy in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma and much more. I incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, existential therapy and other therapeutic technique in sessions. I work with individuals experiencing racism and oppression throughout their daily life. I’ve taught a psychology course at Michigan State University, worked in the community and schools, and an inpatient facility. I currently teach at Wayne State University.
I can provide a diverse experience in therapy while utilizing evidence based practices. I am here for you. You can make the positive change you want to see in your life. I will be there to assist you along the way.
