Yes, the pain is real, but it does not have to remain forever. I use a holistic approach and other evidence-based practices looking at the whole person. I aim to help those overcome depression and anxiety, build confidence, and assist with communication skills, or life stressors. I teach couples how to be themselves while operating as a team.
