At Soul Sprout Mindful Care, we are dedicated to helping you and your family achieve Mental Health. We believe that Mental Health is just as important as physical health, and we treat it as such. We are committed to providing therapeutic services including individual outpatient therapy, family outpatient therapy, and couples outpatient therapy. A therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan, with interventions tailored specifically to your needs. We believe that you should be heard, and we take supporting you very seriously.

I have a strong passion for helping others and connecting with people as well as working in the arts. I have received my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Bridgewater State University and studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have worked with clients of all ages that have struggled with the symptoms of personality disorders, substance use disorders, depression, generalized anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), clients with low self-esteem, historical trauma, and cultural trauma, and those struggling with their personal identity. I have fine-tuned my skills to support those who are 18 years and older in individual therapy and group therapy.

I have a passion to use my life experiences and education to build a wider scope of what potential healing and healthy connections can look like for my clients. I have learned and explored various modalities of fine art as a means of expressions such as photography, drawing, ceramics, design, creative writing, and painting because verbal expression is not always feasible to process difficult thoughts and feelings. I was clinically trained to work with severe mental health concerns using DBT skills. I like to combine my experiences and skills in DBT with my Expressive Arts Therapy Skills to create a person-centered approach for my clients.

It is important that my clients feel comfortable and know that the therapeutic space is their journey and I am willing to support them through that journey. My goal is to create a space where each individual can thrive and heal. I look forward to working with you!
