I am not here to fix you but rather lend a helping hand in you becoming more mentally healthy and strong. Everyone’s circumstance is distinctive and unlike any other person so it is important I see you for you. Whether you want to learn skills to handle your current stressors or simply reach specific goals, I can provide a safe and accepting environment for you to share your story and become self-aware of how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect. As a person I am empathetic, understanding, and supportive. As a therapist, I am simply awesome because my goal is to help you, help yourself by enabling you to gain the skills to handle whatever life throws at you (in a healthy, therapeutic way, of course).
