Greetings, you have made a courageous step in investigating help, and I welcome the opportunity to come alongside you in transformative work. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience, and I am passionate about the healing process. I work with clients from young childhood, adolescence through adulthood with depression, anxiety, daily stress, ADHD, trauma, grief, loss, life transition, self-esteem or relationship issues, school stress, learning disabilities, family conflict, and parenting or postpartum issues. Because there is no one-size fits all solution, my approach focuses on consciousness and awareness, drawing from a range of clinical modalities and with a holistic and eclectic approach to empowerment tailored strategically and uniquely for you. I aim to build a safe relationship where we can process presenting problems to gain understanding and manifest positive growth. I provide a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, and your environment by acknowledging, accepting, and acting together. I will offer and assist with psychological education on specific issues and remain solution-focused, always listening without judgement. I strive to address difficult issues, empower, inspire growth, and build resilience, aware that individual wellness leads to community wellness. In this powerful process, we will combine our expertise to best help you. I look forward to working together.
