We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered? Payment We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You are invaluable, but it doesn’t always feel that way. It seems you must put on a brave face for everyone, meanwhile, you feel as if you’re cracking under the pressure. Perhaps you’ve been taught to disconnect from your emotions, and it is affecting how you see yourself. Maybe people lack an understanding and appreciation for what it means to be you. You want for more but don’t think that you deserve it or engage in negative self-talk. Perhaps even you’ve made some choices you are not proud of and punish yourself as a result. You wish for a different life but it is difficult to let go of what you have known for so long.

You are stronger than you know, and I would cherish the opportunity to help you lean into your power. My goal is to fortify value and work towards increased authenticity. Together, we can work toward constructing a life that is free of constraints. My specialty is working with adolescents and adults.

Our practice specializes in working with People of Color, sexuality and gender diverse identities and expression, other marginalized and historically excluded clients. I use a cultural intersectional lens to ensure that all your identities are affirmed. I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth with plans to return to in-person sessions soon.
