Welcome… you’ve taken the first step to get the help you desire and I am so proud of you! Living Intentionally to Transform was created to provide a safe space for YOU to process through life’s troubles. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults ages 14-25. Services are ideal for HS/college student athletes, collegiate students, or the young adult or HS student who simply needs someone to talk to. Through LITT, clients are encouraged to target their stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, as well as major life changes and/or adjustments. When serving clients, my approach is simple… come as you are! I strive to always provide a space for clients to just, be. No pressure to act, talk or show up a certain way. You can expect to be met with respect and understanding at all times.

As a Christian, we often seek mental health providers with the same beliefs and morals. Its also important for many to be able to feel a sense of connectivity with the person they are trusting for services. With LITT, you can rest assured that you will find both: a space to process through life's troubles while staying grounded & growing in your faith.

**Disclaimer: Due to licensing laws for therapist, I can only see clients who reside in the state of Georgia in which I am licensed. Virtual services only**
