ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - I specialize in treating ADULT MEN (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, and complex histories that may contribute to daily challenges. I work collaboratively with the individual to increase one's sense of self, develop strategies and skills to manage presenting challenges, and to improve the quality of one's relationships. Adult men require a unique environment to exercise healing and I can provide that space.

I utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy to improve healthy communication between self and others. I blend mindfulness and creative/expressive arts to promote growth. Having developed several men's programs throughout the state, I have a unique style of helping men become their own therapist.

My passion is to help you improve the quality of your relationships. Your relationships are vital and essential in helping you to achieve your goals in therapy. Therapy has a stigma against men and I have worked for years to break the cycle for others, I extend my hand to you. Call or email for 15 minute free consultation.
