At times we can all feel overwhelmed, and especially right now. Maybe you’re starting to feel a little disconnected from the people around you. Or maybe you just aren’t feeling like your old self. You feel it’s time for a change, but don’t know where to start. Dealing with stress, on top of everything else, can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed, invisible, and out of control. Let’s work together using the existing tools within yourself to help you start feeling whole again.

My goal is to empower and support you in achieving that goal. You can feel better, and more importantly, you deserve to feel better and have a life full of abundance, however you define that. Together, we can make that happen! I work from an integrative, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lens that affirms and celebrates all aspects of self.

Our practice specializes in working with People of Color, Queer (lesbian/gay/bi/pan), and Trans clients. I do not only see POC and LGBTQ+ folks but working with these populations is my specialty. I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth with plans to return to in-person sessions in the future. I look forward to working with you.
