Welcome! You have taken the first courageous steps towards liberating your life! My name is Elisa Lewis, I am a California native, and Licensed as a Social Worker in California and Oregon. I obtained my Masters in Social Work from California State University, East Bay in 2011 and was awarded the opportunity to work with some of the most culturally diverse people in the Bay Area. I am a Social Justice Warrior with a deep passion for helping the disenfranchised and underserved populations.

I believe in empowering clients so they can live their best lives which includes, developing nurturing and healthy relationships, self-awareness, confidence, and purpose. My therapeutic style is based on a client-centered approach. My clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, situational changes, end-of-life, coaching, addiction & recovery, and the ‘isms (racism sexism, ageism, genderism, etc.).

My work experiences have given me a broad understanding of human relationships. One thing I know for sure is that life experiences can come at us quickly, with or without warning and we need a safe place for healing, someone non-judgmental, someone we can trust, and someone who will hold space for us while we process and heal. I am available to walk with you through your journey.

Be proud of yourself for taking the beginning steps to seek counseling and therapy. I am honored that you are considering working with me. We are all different and this is what makes us unique. This is your life, you are the driver, and I am here to help you get to where you want to be. It’s time to do more than exist, it’s time to live!
