\"The priviledge of a lifetime is to become who you truly are\" Carl Jung

Are you interested in being more of yourself? Have you lost your way in becoming who you truly want to become? Do you feel stuck without purpose and fulfillment in life? How are you and your partner really doing together? Are you overwhelmed with the intersectionalities of life? I want to provide a safe confidential space where you can explore and re-discover yourself.

I am concerned about the health, well-being, and success of the Black and Latinx community in particular and meet all ethnic people facing challenges today. Black men and women have experienced identity, racial, gender, social, spiritual, and economic challenges that historically impacted our homeostasis, balance, self-esteem, self-worth, independence, and progress. I can listen, support, and strengthen you along life\'s terrains towards fulfillment and your potential.

I am an empathetic and engaging professional with over thirty years in the mental health field. My special areas of interest are working with individuals, couples, men of color, and leaders of non-profit organizations. Some of the theoretical frameworks I have incorporated into my practice are strength-based perspective, crisis intervention, trauma-focused, cognitive behavior therapy, couple therapy, solution-focused therapy, family therapy, and spiritual and bereavement counseling. If you are seeking a way to address your interior issues I am available to assist you in the process. Peace.
