"The priviledge of a lifetime is to become who you truly are" Carl Jung

Are you interested in being more of your self? Have you loss your way in becoming who you truly want to become? Do you feel stuck? Are you overwhelmed with issues associated with COVID or stressors from the past that is impacting your stability and meaningfulness? I would like to provide a safe confidential space where you can explore and re-discovery your self.

I am concerned about the health, well being, and success of the Black and Latinx males. Black men have experienced identity, racial, gender, social, spiritual, and economic challenges historically and currently impacting our homeostasis, balance, self esteem, self worth, independence, and progress. I am available to listen, support, and strengthen you along life's terrains.

I am a empathetic, engaging, authentic professional with about thirty years in the mental health field. My special areas of interest are working with individuals, couples, men of color, and leaders of non-profits. Some of the theoretical frameworks that I have incorporated into my practice are strength-based perspective, crisis intervention, trauma focused, cognitive behavior therapy, couple therapy, solution focused therapy, family therapy, and spiritual and bereavement counseling.
