I support clients along their journeys, ultimately helping them develop the understanding, knowledge, and skills to sustain change and continue to grow in life. I do this by providing judgment-free honest support to clients who want to transform their lives, helping you work on your personal counseling goals and take the steps needed for desired change.
My areas of experience include anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We work together to recognize these patterns and learn techniques to create desired change by using cognitive behavioral, person-centered, or affirmative therapeutic modalities. My aim is for you to discover connections and patterns that may keep you from living your fullest life.
