I can help you:

Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT)

CBT is a type of therapy that helps you identify and challenge your negative thoughts and beliefs. It can help you to understand how your thoughts and behaviors are connected and to develop healthier and more effective ways of coping with stress and difficult emotions.

Community Resiliency Model (CRM)

CRM is a theoretical model that focuses on the role of community in helping people to cope with adversity and trauma. It emphasizes the importance of social support, connection, and resilience.

Group Facilitation

Group facilitation guides and supports people as they work towards a common goal. I offer a variety of groups, including CBT groups, CRM groups, and faith-based support groups.

Individual Self-Regulation and Community Regulation Skills Training

Self-regulation is the ability to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Community regulation is the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others. I can teach you skills to improve your self-regulation and community-regulation skills.

Resiliency and Faith-Formed Approach

I believe that everyone has the capacity to be resilient. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity and trauma. I use a resiliency and faith-formed approach to help you develop resilience and find meaning and purpose in your life.

Sounding Board for People's Faith in God's Voice

I believe that God is a loving and supportive presence in our lives. I offer a safe space for people to explore their faith and to hear God's voice in their lives.

I am an expert at creating safe spaces

I believe that it is essential to create a safe and supportive environment for healing to take place. I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and valued.

If you are looking for a therapist who is collaborative, supportive, and faith-sensitive, I encourage you to contact me. I would be honored to help you on your journey of healing and growth.
