Dalton Lloyd Richards Jr. currently operates in New York City, The Tristate area, and Westchester NY. He is a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Mental Health Counselor & Coach. He is the Founder & Curator of the multi-faceted publication and program, The Evolution Project. Informing his clinical work is his Master level clinical training as a Mental Health & Wellness Counselor at N.Y. University. He is also trained in crisis intervention and management for high risk clients at Weill Cornell Personality Disorder Unity (#1 Psychiatric Hospital, #5 in the country).

Dalton's educational and professional endeavors have allowed him to effectively work alongside couples, at-risk adolescents and teenagers, adults in Leadership roles; individuals/couples navigating life transitions; and Church Leaders. He also works closely with communities such as Black, Indigenous, (and) People of Color (BIPOC), Immigrants (and those of immigrant descent).
