My therapy style combines DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing therapies and is tailored to the specific needs of each individual. With these approaches, my clients are empowered to identify and achieve their goals by drawing on their unique individual strengths. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish mutually agreed upon therapeutic goals.
