I take a humanistic, traumatic-informed, and person-centered approach to help my client’s learn self-regulation techniques to manage mental health problems with clarity. I specialize in a variety of mindfulness-based interventions that will help support you in rediscovering creative ways to regulate their thoughts, emotions, and actions to live happier lives.
