Hi I'm Candice. I provide neurodivergent affirming therapy for people living with symptoms of trauma and chronic distress. My clients often experience intense moods and distressing thoughts that are overwhelming and difficult to manage. Some of my clients go through life masking neuordivergent traits and need support . In therapy, you can expect a find a validating and nonjudgemental space to explore your emotions, relationships, behaviors.

I provide comprehensive Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations, Autism Evaluations, and ADHD Assessments for adults and adolescents. I also provide Individual Treatment. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clients learn how to regulate emotions, tolerate distressing moments, and communicate effectively. Your values and commitments are what anchor you to a life lived well. Mindfulness is how you get there.
