Many of the individual I serve want to get a better understanding of the source of their Anxiety while learning tools and techniques that assist in managing their symptoms. I have experience working with different age groups and backgrounds in several different settings. The majority of the people I serve include: Young Professionals, Men, Military, and People of Faith.
My practice is Faith-inspired, but does not dominate the direction of therapy. I want to provide a space where YOU can be YOU. I have a passion for helping individual and families find meaning in life especially when life feels overwhelming or unbearable. I am here to assist you in navigating life's storms and challenges.
