Life can be stressful. Talking about and processing our emotions can help us cope and gain a better understanding of ourselves and our environments. I believe this is the most important element in therapy—the ability to talk, be heard and also reflect. I am passionate about working with multicultural concerns, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger management and traumatic stress.

I focus on providing unconditional positive regard and empathy in therapy while encouraging clients to explore their emotions and reflect on their influences. Together, I hope to co-create a safe space where anything can be shared and discussed.

I believe that everyone has the ability to dictate the narrative of their life. As a professional counselor, I am honored to work with teens, adults and couples of all ages. I very much look forward to hearing from you!
