As the world shifts around us be must be ready to shift also. We have survived for over 400 years, but it's our time to thrive!

BIG VISION: To infuse the world one person, leader, team, group or organization at a time with the leadership African spirit of ubuntu ( I am because we are). We are all connected and life is so much better when we help each other thrive. Mutual reciprocation.

In order to succeed it will require a shift from the old mindset of scarcity to the reality of abundance. It will require a shift from competing to complementing and sharing (blue ocean strategies). This outlook and mindset embraces the reality that if we all contribute to baking the pie, everyone can enjoy a piece of it.

Besides professional certification, Thomas has years of personal experience. He's worked for Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia and other tech companies. At the end of 2014, he decided to shift to the next level and take his skills outside the corporate world.

Manifesting his dream to help other grow, he coached leaders from Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, professional athletes, or anyone ready to shift and be empowered to grow. He uses his life experience, psychology background, and the personal vulnerability of his own life experiences to coach clients to build resiliency and thrive despite their past & current traumas to live a full life. It's crucial that black brothers succeed.
