I provide trauma-informed coaching for BIPOC, mixed-race and other intersecting identifies to help them deal with the stress and overwhelm associated with overt racism as well as the build-up of cumulative microaggressions.
The tools, strategies and mentoring that I provide are culled from years of community work and analytical and problem-solving skills acquired through my experience as a lawyer and trauma psychotherapist. I enjoy cultivating emerging leaders. I am the recipient of a leadership award for public service by the City of Compton for my work responding to the Rodney King protests.
Coaching allows me to offer a greater level of accessibility to help clients “on the ground level,” if you will. Find support through online community that fosters learning with individual mentoring to solidify personal values and mission as well as reduce overwhelm. Identify self-defeating mindset and embrace empowerment.
