What is life without truly understanding what moves you? Aaron Bernard is a successful Life, Family and Executive Coach whose passion is uncovering Life’s Purpose, Fulfillment and Core Values. Aaron serves as a light to those in need. He empowers clients to reach their goals through healthy and sustainable inner-transformations.

Aaron is a strengths-based coach who believes it’s important to emotionally meet his clients where they are. He encourages his clients to be kind to themselves, but not complacent. To foster exponential growth, all sessions with A. L. Bernard Coaching Services are hosted in a confidential and non-judgmental space. He explores personal challenges, obstacles and mental blocks, which help get his clients from “stuck” to “unstuck.”

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. He also cultivated his skills at The Coach Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coaching Federations (ICF). As the Co-Founder of Bernard and Kubiak Family Coaching Services and Co-Founder of Arbor & York Executive Coaching, Aaron has over 17 years of professional experience. He consistently coaches individuals (including adolescents, teenagers and adults), couples, families, groups, C-Suite executives, medical professionals, entertainers and entrepreneurs alike. He’s commissioned to resolve matters of human behavior, the mind, relationships (at home and in the work place) and goal setting.

Aaron has specialized in working with adolescents, teenagers and young adults. He has worked on enhancing parent-child communication, motivation, self esteem building, identifying healthy coping skills, sobriety/harm reduction and has been a support to his clients’ various needs. He has also work with clients who were considered: “failure to launch” clients and aided in their launching. His goal is to be his clients’ advocate, listening ear and their voice of reason.

Aaron has been featured as a Life Coach on OWN TV’s Family Or Fiancé, Season 1 & 2. He serves as a public speaker at various academic institutions and on professional panels. He provides expert advice on communication, self-care, stress management, parent-child relationships, couples, health and wellness, building self-esteem, finding one’s purpose and life fulfillment.

One of Aaron’s favorite words is: balance. When he’s not meeting with clients in-person or virtually, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, exercising, listening to live music, watching a movie and trying new restaurants. Two of his happiest memories were traveling to South Africa and London. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Aaron currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles area.
